From Vol. II
The mansion that digs is also the mansion that heals: Mula is the radical healer of the zodiac
Portrait of Mula
Lights
There is philosophy in her blood, a gift from the Sagittarius that hosts her: the ultimate questions — why we are born, why we suffer, what remains — are her daily bread. There is a capacity for beginning again that borders on the miraculous: having little fear of the end, she has little fear of anything.
Shadows
There is scorched earth: Mula knows how to leave in a way that leaves no bridges, and sometimes regrets it once the rubble has gone cold.
In love
In love Mula is the partner of truth: with her you always know where you stand — even when you would rather not know. Her love does not live on forms: it lives on substance — she may forget the anniversary and then walk through fire for you the next day, and she considers total sincerity the only form of respect worthy of the name.
At work
Pure research: the science of first causes, from physics to genetics. Philosophy and theology, with the fire of Sagittarius.

Living Mula well
- Ration your demolitions: one at a time.
- Grow something slow and visible: a vegetable patch, a plant, a bonsai.
- Protect your healthy roots from your own spade.
