Privacy
No cookies, no analytics, no ads. Here is everything, in plain words.
Who runs the site
Laboratorio Divino is run by Martina Benussi, known professionally as Celestial Divina, together with Angad. For any question about privacy: Celestial_Divina@proton.me.
No cookies, no analytics, no ads
The site does not use cookies, does not count visits with analytics software (neither Google’s nor anyone else’s) and does not show ads. That is why you won’t find a cookie banner.
Only one thing stays on your phone, and only while you keep the page open: whether you turned the music on or off, so that once you have turned it off it doesn’t start again as you move from one page to another. When you close the page, the browser forgets it.
What our server receives
The site is hosted on a server run by Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany, in the European Union. When you open a page, your phone sends the server its internet address (IP): this is needed to send you the page. The server does not keep a log of visits; only if a page produces an error may it note the address in its technical log, which deletes itself after 7 days at most.
Fonts, images, covers and music all come from our own server: opening the site does not put you in contact with Google, YouTube or TikTok.
YouTube and TikTok videos
Videos open only when you tap them. From that moment the video is shown by YouTube, owned by Google (in “privacy-enhanced mode”), or by TikTok, which may collect data and use cookies according to their own rules: Google’s privacy policy, TikTok’s privacy policy. Until you tap a video, they receive nothing.
The card, the Moon, the phrase, the Panchang and birth details
They are calculated on your phone and are not sent to anyone. For the Panchang, your phone downloads the full list of cities from our server and searches within it: the city you choose stays on your phone (it is written only in the page address, after the # sign, which browsers do not send to servers). The birth dates, times and places for the birth Moon and for compatibility are used only on your phone, for the calculation, and are not saved anywhere.
Links to other sites
The buttons to Amazon, YouTube, TikTok and Etsy open those sites, which have their own privacy rules. The Amazon links are ordinary links: we earn nothing from your purchases.

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you (in practice none, beyond what is written here), and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country: in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, in Croatia AZOP.
